1. The service

Full Court Games provides free, browser-based basketball strategy and trivia games. Features may be changed, paused, or removed as the project evolves. No account or purchase is required for normal gameplay.

2. Fictional budgets and results

All budgets, bids, prices, standings, ratings, and game outcomes are fictional. They have no cash value and cannot be purchased, sold, transferred, redeemed, or withdrawn. Full Court Games does not offer betting, gambling, entry fees, prizes, or financial advice.

Simulations are entertainment mechanics. They are not predictions of real games, official player evaluations, or a basis for sports betting or other financial decisions.

3. Acceptable use

You may use the site for personal, non-commercial play. You may not interfere with the service, attempt to bypass security or room controls, submit harmful code, overload the service, scrape it in a way that disrupts other users, impersonate another person, or use multiplayer names and messages for unlawful, abusive, or misleading purposes.

4. Historical data and game ratings

Reasonable care is taken when organizing historical records, but older records can be incomplete and source data can contain errors. Ratings and skill grades are original game-design values derived from available statistics and modeling choices. They are subjective by design and are not official league metrics.

5. Independence and intellectual property

Full Court Games is an independent, unofficial fan project. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by the NBA, its teams, or its players. NBA, team, and player names and other third-party marks belong to their respective owners and are used descriptively to identify historical basketball subjects.

The site's original interface, copy, game rules, and code remain subject to their applicable rights and licenses. These terms do not grant permission to reuse third-party marks or to present this project as an official league product.

6. Advertising and external services

The site may display advertising or link to third-party services. Full Court Games does not control the content, availability, or privacy practices of an advertiser or external site. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and policies.

7. Disclaimers and limits

The service is provided on an “as available” basis without a promise that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or complete. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the project maintainer is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of, or inability to use, the site. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.

8. Changes and contact

These terms may change when the service or its requirements change. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply. Questions, correction requests, and reports can be sent through the contact page.
